A Reflective and Restorative Retreat for Our Teachers and Staf

Taking a step back to reflect, recharge, and reconnect, our teachers and staff participated in a meaningful retreat from December 19 to 21, 2024. Led by Pater Agustinus Suharyadi, SJ, and Frater Angga, the retreat offered our team an invaluable opportunity for personal and professional growth. The retreat provided a space for reflection on the year gone by, fostering both deep learning and moments of peaceful rejuvenation. Through thought-provoking sessions and inspiring discussions, the participants gained fresh insights and perspectives to prepare for the challenges and joys that lie ahead in the new year. It was a chance to renew their passion and commitment to the students they serve.
With renewed purpose and energy, our team is now ready to serve and inspire in the coming semester. The retreat allowed everyone to refocus on their personal and collective goals, recharging their passion for education and preparing them to engage and empower our students. As we head into the new year, our teachers and staff are energized and eager to continue their mission, ensuring a bright and successful year for all. The retreat was a reminder of the importance of self-care and reflection in sustaining long-term effectiveness in the classroom.
Guided by Pater Agustinus and Frater Angga, the retreat also focused on strengthening the sense of community and collaboration among our teachers and staff. It was a time for reflection on the school’s mission, fostering closer bonds between colleagues, and deepening the shared commitment to nurturing students. The team-building activities helped build a stronger sense of unity, allowing everyone to reconnect with each other and with the core values of our school. These moments of connection and mutual support will undoubtedly enrich their daily interactions with students and colleagues alike.
